ट्रांसफार्मर का रखरखाव  (Transformer maintenance -PPM)

ट्रांसफार्मर किसी भी बिजली प्रणाली का दिल है। इसलिए निवारक रखरखाव हमेशा लागत प्रभावी और समय की बचत है। ट्रांसफार्मर की कोई भी विफलता संगठन के पूरे कामकाज को बेहद प्रभावित कर सकती है।

Monthly maintenance

1.Cleaning of bushings and external surface of tank

2.Checking of oil levels in the conservator and gauge glass

3.Checking of silica gel in the breather and replacement if necessary

4.Checking of oil level in the oil seal of breather & top up if necessary

5. एचजी फ्यूज और एलटी फ्यूज का परीक्षण और यदि आवश्यक हो तो नवीकरण (सही गेज बनाए रखा जाएगा)

6.Checking of vent pipe diaphragm.

7. टर्मिनल ढीला कनेक्शन की जाँच। यदि कोई हो और उसी को कसने

8. किसी भी तेल लीक और सुधार के लिए जाँच, (यदि आवश्यक हो तो तेल सील के प्रतिस्थापन सहित)

     

Quarterly Maintenance

1.Taking tong tester readings  during peak load hours and remedial action

2.Noting down neutral currents and load balancing in all the three phases

3.Measurement of voltages at the transformers and at tail end of LT feeders and noting down

Half yearly Maintenance

1.Measurement of IR values

2.Testing of oil for BDV, acidity

3.Checking of lightning arrestors and replacement if required (once before monsoon)

4.Measurement of earth resistance, checking of earthing system and rectification, if required

Once in 5 years

1.Overhaul of transformer
