DG set check point for daily in hindi


Check points for daily DG set check  : -




1.  Oil Level: Check oil level of DG set and maintain at appropriate level.

2.  Battery status : Check the battery's charge level and charge it if necessary.

3.  Engine Oil: Check the level and quality of the engine oil.

4.  Coolant Level: Check the condition of the coolant and keep it at the proper level.

5.  Air Filter : Check the air filter and take action if cleaning or replacement is required.

6.  Fuel Level : Check the fuel tank level of the DG set and fill it if necessary.

7.  Supply and Feedback : Check the supply and feedback of the generator and ensure that it is working properly.

8.  Safety equipment : Check for safety equipment, such as alert systems and additional temperature protection.

9.  Voltage and Frequency : Measure the voltage and frequency of the generator and ensure that they are within the required values.

10.          Load Test : If possible, test the generator at a small load to check functionality.

11.          Performance Report : Finally, prepare a routine report and report any problems.
